In the HR Academy, we are guided by the “evidence-based” approach, as we are supported in our further development by scientists and practitioners of the profession.
Discussion panels
are open debates with guests on current HRM issues. We invite representatives of business and science from Poland and abroad who share their knowledge and experience. The meetings are open to everyone.
Research seminars
are meetings where we learn and improve our skills in conducting research in the field of HRM, combining science with practice. The seminars are conducted to develop specific solutions and recommend them to the business.
