The HR Academy is an original program of our organization, during which we not only improve our competences, but also share the experience with young enthusiasts of modern HRM. Together with other student scientific organizations, we conduct workshops on leadership development, employee assessment and recruitment, training and development, and many others. Our approach is “evidence-based” because we are assisted by researchers and practitioners, who support us in the directions of our further development.
